TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing from Pinnacle Connections (a trading name of The Project 
Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Reg. No. 2025 / 458713 / 07, you agree to the 
following terms:

1. PRODUCTS
We sell both new and A-grade refurbished Apple iPhones. Refurbished 
devices are inspected and graded prior to listing to ensure a like-new 
standard.

2. PRICING
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of 
applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. PAYMENT
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our secure 
payment gateway. In the events of your bank not being available you can complete your purchase via whatsapp. Simply screenshot your checkout screen ensure the device(s) being purchased is visible and the amount as well as the discount code if any.

4. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy with an estimated delivery time 
of 3–5 business days. Shipping is free on all orders.

5. EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the device is 
in its original packaging with all original accessories included. See 
our full Exchange & Refunds Policy for details.

6. DEVICE CONDITION
All devices are IMEI-verified prior to shipping to confirm they are not 
lost, stolen, or blacklisted.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pinnacle Connections is not liable for indirect or consequential 
damages arising from the use of purchased devices.
